We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

1. Information we collect

  • Enquiry details: your name, mobile number, email address, the service you need, your business situation and any message you send through our website form or WhatsApp.
  • Payment details: your name, the amount and the service you are paying for. UPI payments are processed by your UPI app and bank. We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, card or bank account details.
  • Service documents: to deliver a service we may need documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, photographs, business details, bank statements and financial records. We collect only what the service requires.
  • Basic technical data: our hosting provider may automatically record standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation.
  • To deliver the services you request, such as company or LLP incorporation, Digital Signature Certificates, accounting, and Shops & Commercial Establishment registration.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements:

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and service records and documents for as long as required by law (for example, accounting and tax records are generally kept for at least 8 years under the Companies Act, 2013 and tax laws). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable security measures, including access restricted to people who need it, secure cloud storage and encrypted (https) connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires.
