Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of dattrix.co.in and the services provided by Dattrix Compliance (OPC) Private Limited (“Dattrix”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide business registration and compliance support services in Bengaluru, including:

• Incorporation of Private Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and One Person Companies (OPCs)
• Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
• Accounting services (monthly or annual)
• Shops & Commercial Establishment registration

The exact scope of each assignment is as confirmed with you in our quotation or on WhatsApp/email. Anything outside that scope will be quoted separately.

2. Service area

We currently provide services to clients in Bengaluru City only.

3. Fees and payment

• Prices shown on our website are estimates of our professional fees and are inclusive of GST.
• Government fees, stamp duty, conveyance and other statutory or third-party charges are extra and are charged at actuals, unless stated otherwise in your quotation.
• Final fees are confirmed in your quotation and may vary with the complexity of the work, the number of directors or partners, the entity type or the number of employees.
• Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance before we start work or make government filings.
• Payments are currently received in the account of our promoter on behalf of Dattrix Compliance (OPC) Private Limited. An invoice is issued in the company’s name.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents on time.
• Make sure you have the right to share any documents or information about other people (for example, co-directors or partners), with their consent.
• Review drafts, applications and forms we share and approve them before filing.
• Complete any verification steps that must be done by you personally, such as DSC video/eKYC verification, OTPs and signing.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information or documents from you.

5. Timelines and government approvals

• Any timelines we give are estimates. Actual time depends on government portals, departments, Certifying Authorities and other third parties outside our control.
• Approval of company or LLP names, incorporation, registrations and DSC issuance is decided by the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee approval, though we will help you respond to any objections or resubmissions within the agreed scope.

6. Digital Signature Certificates

DSCs are issued by licensed Certifying Authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000, subject to their identity verification and rules. You are responsible for keeping your DSC token and password safe and for all use of your DSC.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your information and documents confidential and use them only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions, delays or decisions of government authorities and other third parties.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Website use

The content on this website is for general information only and is not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation. You may not copy or misuse the website’s content or attempt to interfere with its working.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you engage our services will apply.
